Leadership team

Mark Schik
CEO
Mark came into healthcare leadership because he believes real progress starts with meaningful relationships. He built Little Champs ABA on the idea that kids deserve therapists who show up, families deserve to feel supported, and teams deserve to work somewhere that doesn’t burn them out. Under his leadership, the company continues to grow while staying committed to kindness, collaboration, and individualized care.
Josh Orshitzer
COO
Josh left a successful career in real estate to do this work because he wanted something more meaningful. He’s dedicated to improving access to quality care and ensuring families feel supported throughout their journey. His job is strengthening operations so therapists and clinicians can focus on delivering exceptional care while building a positive, supportive workplace culture.
