Anne-Alyce Radlo
BCBA | Initial Assessment Coordinator
I began my career in ABA in 2017 as a Registered Behavior Technician at a clinic in Denver. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Health Humanities and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in ABA. After becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2021, I gained experience providing services across homes, clinics, schools, daycares, and community settings in multiple states. I have worked with children as young as 1 year old through adults over the age of 30 and have also held leadership roles within the field. Currently, I serve as the Initial Assessment Coordinator for Colorado at Little Champs ABA where I complete initial assessments and treatment plans while helping families navigate the process of starting ABA services.

ABA therapy targets the skills most important to daily life: communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, self-care routines, and reducing behaviors that interfere with learning or safety. Every treatment plan is individualized based on a formal assessment and updated regularly based on session data. Parents receive consistent progress updates and are trained in the same strategies used in sessions.

ABA therapy can begin as early as 18 months and is most impactful between ages 2 and 5. That said, ABA is effective across all ages — older children and teens also make meaningful progress with consistent, well-structured therapy. If you have concerns about your child’s development, reaching out to a provider sooner rather than later is always the right call.
