Little Champs ABA has changed the trajectory of hundreds of children’s lives because of one reason: our incredible team.
Meet the reason behind our success.
Leadership team
Mark Schik
CEO
Mark came into healthcare leadership because he believes real progress starts with meaningful relationships. He built Little Champs ABA on the idea that kids deserve therapists who show up, families deserve to feel supported, and teams deserve to work somewhere that doesn’t burn them out. Under his leadership, the company continues to grow while staying committed to kindness, collaboration, and individualized care.
Josh Orshitzer
